Red/White/Blue Skirt

The skirt features a two-tone design with a white upper section and a blue lower section. The upper part has a waistband with a button closure and a decorative red scarf with white polka dots tied around it. The lower section is made of blue, nylon, metallic fabric with vertical white stripes and includes pleats for added texture. The hem is finished with a red trim, giving it a patriotic, coordinated look.  This is one of Londa's Creative Sewing sewing designs.
